本标准规定了金属材料室温压缩试验方法的原理、定义、符号和说明、试样及其尺寸测量、试验设备、试验要求、性能测定、测定结果数值修约和试验报告。本标准适用于测定金属材料在室温下单向压缩的规定非比例压缩强度、规定总压缩强度、上压缩屈服强度、下压缩屈服强度、压缩弹性模量及抗压强度。
This standard specifies terms and definitions, the principle oftest, symbols and designations, test pieces, testing apparatus,conditions of testing, determinations of properties, rounding ofrests and test report for uniaxial compression tests of metallicmaterials at room temperature. This standard is applicable todetermine proof strength-plastic compression, proof strength-totalcompression, upper compression yield strength, lower compressionyield strength, compression modus of elasticity and compressionstrength by uniaxial compression at room temperature.
