mt-6500型织带印花机采用垂直三重定位，对位准，整卷，多条同时转印速度快，效益高！【适用于：各种手机挂带，鞋带，腰带，松紧带，，雪丝带，商标等产品的转印】

2）转印纸定位系统
mt -6500型织带印花机采用气胀轴加胀力调节器特点：
轴主体采用优质钢管，表面镀铬，铝制凸键伸缩灵活；配置优质橡胶内胆与快速充排气气嘴，密封效果好，使用寿命长，可拆卸轴头，维修方便。充气后单边膨胀高度可达5mm至6mm，比如膨胀前直径为74mm至75mm，膨胀后直径可达79mm至82mm，特殊膨胀高度，另行要求。3英寸键式气胀轴，通常使用卷管内径76mm。可满足客户印刷面积不受限制收放卷轴、能有效提高工效。
特征：在印刷过程中印花纸才不会左右偏移，原始的要几个人操作有啦以上2个定位系统现在只需要1个人就可以操作啦。印刷速度也有所提高.
transfer printing paper positioningsystem:
mt -6500 lanyard printing machine adopts air shaftsincreasing expansion force conditioner.
main body of axis is made by high steeltube, coated by chrome on surface. scalable and flexible aluminumcam key; high- rubber internal bladder; quick charge andexhaust gas nipple; good sealing effect; long serviceable life;dismountable axle housing convenient to repair. the expansionheight of single side could be 5mm-6mm after being inflatable. forexample, if its diameter was 74mm-75mm, after be inflatable itwould be 79mm-82mm. special expansion height should be re 3-inch button style air shafts; 76mm usually insidediameter; it can meet the different re of printing area,and highly improve efficiency.
features: printing paper will not shift around inprinting process. old model machine needs several workers tooperate, but our machine needs only one worker with two positioningsystem mentioned above. printing speed has been improved also.
4 毛毯校正系统
blanket correction system:
mt-6500毯带脱离式,毛毯采用同步调节，并且带有压力平衡杆，确保每次毛毯和加热筒压力一致，彻底解决啦在关机或停电时毛毯降温的问题，更好的保护毛毯带。
