二、主要技术指标如下：principaltechnical indicators are shown as follows:

1、卫生指标应符合gb/t17219-1998生活饮用水输送配设备及卫生防护材料安全性评价标准；
2、外观：符合内外表面光滑、平整，无凹陷，裂缝和其他影响性能的表面缺陷，不含有可见杂质，同时应色泽均匀一致；
3、耐压性能测试压力：≤14mm为7.0mpa；＜16mm-18mm为5.0mpa；
≤18为25mm为4.0mpa；≥25mm5为2.4mpa；
测试时间为5min，无渗漏、破裂；
4、交变试验：10次冷热循环后，加压2.4mpa；保持10min，无渗漏、破裂；
5、强度性能在-10℃下放置1h后加压2.4mpa，保持10min；
在100℃下放置1h后加压2.4mpa，保持10min；两者应无渗漏、破裂。
6、产品在150℃下长时间做高温检测，加压2.0mpa保持200h以上，管件应无渗漏、破裂；
7、常规条件下，做管环径向拉伸试验，产品拉伸强度为≥2000n；≤5300n。

(2)appearance: inner and outer surface has lubricity,evenness without any depressed position, flaw, and other defect,which may influence property, without visual impurity. meanwhilethe color should be uniform;

(3)testing pressure: if d(diameter)≤14 mm it is 7.0mpa；if d＜16 mm-18 mm, it is 5.0mpa；if d≤18~25mm it is 4.0mpa；if d≥25mm, it is 2.4mpa. the test should lastfor 5 minutes, and no leakage or flaw is found during testing;

(4)test of alternate change: after 10 times of cool-hot cycles,pressure is increased to 2.4 mpa, and kept to 10 minutes, withoutany leakage or flaw.

(5)reliability: under -10°c, it is kept during 1 hour. thenpressure is increased to 2.4 mpa, and kept for 10 minutes. under100°c, it is kept during 1 hour. then pressure is increased to 2.4mpa, and kept for 10 minutes. in both cases, no leakage or flaw isfound.

(6)reliability: under 150°c and pressure 2.0mpa, it is keptduring more than 200 hours. no leakage or flaw is found.

(7)straining strength: under normal circumstance, the productstraining strength of radiation direction should be≥2000n；≤5300n.
