本机组适用于吹制低密度高压聚乙烯(ldpe)、高密度低压聚乙烯（hdpe）及线性低密度(lldpe)原料及再生料塑料薄膜,塑料薄膜广泛用于水果、食品、服装、纺织品、食用菌种种植、日用品等民用，农业和工业品的内外包装。

1、机筒螺杆均采用优质38crmoala合金钢材质，精密加工。螺杆运用先进的合金喷涂技术表面再经氮化处理。具有的硬度和耐腐蚀性，特殊设计加工的螺杆比一般处理的螺杆产量大，使用寿命长;

2、螺杆长径比大,塑化能力强,挤出熔料均匀，机头经验总结，科学设计，镀硬铬抛光处理。吹制薄膜光洁度光亮,制品拉力性能好；

3、主电机采用独特减速装置，八级电机配置，变频调速，高效节能，实现主机运转低噪音。（亦可采用硬齿面减速配备四级电机）承载能力大，寿命长，传动平稳;

4、机筒加热采用铸铝加热圈加热，数字式智能温控系统，风冷自动温控，具有耐用、准确、可靠的性能;

5、风冷装置结构为迷宫型，出风量均匀;

6、整机结构紧凑,操作方便,运转平稳,单臂架或方架架构,经济实用，牵引装置一体化并可自调升降;

7、可按用户需要配置标准机头，双层机头和旋转机头;

8、卷曲形式多样，可任意选择，其动力采用力矩电机调速，与主机、牵引同步性，收卷平整，换卷方便。
