this kind of clamp allows first of all the perfect copying of thecomplete last.
the generated data are converted into a 3d file that respondsperfectly to the physical model.
this file can be archive into a storage for a future use or it canbe adjust and match with another model by using nl-easylast3dcad/cam.
the obtained model can be completely turned, in few minutes, without any further manual finishing (before they wereessential to remove the clamps).
when the result satisfies the designer, the file can be sent to theproduction , anywhere in the world, with the certainty that thefinal results will be in line with the original intent of thestylist.

contact digitizing is the most simplesystem to scan the three dimensional last surface.
the scanning of the model is carried out by a toroidal rollerthat runs along the last with a spiral path.
the roller, thanks to an air actuator, remains tangent to the lastand is in connection with a linear transducer that derives theprototype measures.
this kind of digitizing system is suitable for simple last. thepressure of the roller and of the tailstocks is an handicap in caseof tapered and frail lasts.
moreover the roller dimension limits the collection of the details.
finally the need to have the clamps on the toe and on the heel ofthe lasts prevents to use this system of digitizing for the sdftechnology.
laser digitizing 激光数字化
the laser digitizing permits to scan threedimensional surfaces with a resolution and a level of detailswithout comparison.
the conoscopic technology allows to scan up to 3000 points/swithout ambient interferences (light conditions, temperature, etc.)and without problems related to the color of the surface.
unlike the triangulation systems the great advantage of this methodis the possibility to measure surfaces with angles ofincidence close to 90°.
finally, thanks to the special clamp on the top of the last, it’spossible to obtain a complete scansion of the last with maximumaccuracy on the toe and on the heel.
the obtained surface, without supports, is the necessaryre for the use of sdf milling technology.

a low power laser source, by a suitableoptic, produces a coherent and monochromatic beam of light thatstrikes perpendicularly the object to be scanned (foot orlast).
the process of surface rebuilding increases trough theelaboration of the images catched by cameras located in properangles in relation with the beam of light.
the exams of the deformation of the beam of light that scanthe object, trough a triangulation process, is possible to rebuiltthe information regarding the 3d surface.
