this newpre-heater targets heat for improved speed and efficiency for highthermal demand applications, including lead-free. used for smt andthrough-hole hand processes, the pct-100 uses convection airheating to heat a pcb first, for better soldering, improved processcontrol and increased productivity.

thepct-100 focus pre-heater adds heat volume, without turning up thetemperature, to perform assembly tasks at the appropriate peaktemperature without distorting the board.

ideal forthick boards and smaller boards, such as cell phone and pdas, thepre-heater focuses and delivers hot air where you need it. whenfinished, the fan continues without heat to cool down the board.the system is easy-to-use. simply plug it in, turn it on, adjustthe heat and it"s ready for work.

the pct-100 can be used with or without a board holder. an arm restis also available to steady your hand and keep your arm from beingfatigued. the board holder and arm rest are available as a completekit, with the pct-100, or they can be purchasedseparately.
