1scope of fitness一、适用范围：
铝塑复合管、交联聚乙烯(pe-x)管专配管件，适用于输送冷水、热水、暖气、燃气、油类等。
适用温度：--30℃--150℃。
it is special for aluminum-plastic compound pipes orcross-linked polyethylene (pe-x) pipes. it issuitable to transportation of cool water, hot water, hot gas, fuelgas, etc, suitable operational temperature:--30℃--150°c.
2steps ofinstallation二、安装步骤：
1、管材按所需长度截断，截断口要求垂直平齐，无毛刺，用胀口器扩张管口；
2、依次把螺帽、卡套套入管子；
3、将管子旋进接头内芯到底部；
4、将卡套移入接头口部，拧上螺帽。
(1)the pipe is cut according to required length. the cuttingsection should be even and vertical, without any bur. the end ofpipes is expanded with an expander.
(2)the pipe is put into nut and bushing.
(3)to screw the pipe into internal core of the fits, untilbottom
(4)to move the bushing into the interface, and to screw thenut
3notes:三、注意事项：
1、如图“橡胶密封圈”应是内密封圈，应防止移位。
2、如图“密封圈”应是外密封圈，注意装反。
3、如图“紧箍圈”应是固定作用，注意装反。
4、螺帽拧紧力应根据卡套内齿在管子外壁上的压痕深度来决定，一般在分解后管子外壁上能出现并留有明显的压痕时的扭紧力为合适。没有必要用猛力紧死螺帽，即可满足安装使用要求。
5、英制内外牙锥形管螺纹连接处应缠绕生料带后旋入。

(4)to fix the nut, torsion moment on the nut should bedetermined according to trace of internal dent at the bushing onthe external wall of the pipes. the torsion is appropriate ifapparent trace appears in the external wall of pipe. it satisfiesthe demand of installation. it is not necessary to screw up the nutwith too great force;
(5)on the british screw in cone-shaped external side of pipes,it is necessary to enlaceraw mealbefore screwing in.
