四辊压延机的特点：

3、机架、底座全部采用焊接结构，经过退火除应力处理，外形美观大方。

4、减速机为 6 级精度，硬齿面磨齿加工齿轮，使用寿命长，噪音低。

6、特殊设计密封结构，杜绝润滑油泄漏现象。

7、压延机均采用滚动轴承。

9、单出轴结构的速比齿轮采用人字齿，传动平稳，可以拔键调节速比。
